Inclusion criteria: Parturients undergoing LSCS under spinal block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients operated under general anaesthesia Known heart disease, PIH, altered sensorium, mental retardation Sub-optimal effect of spinal block Use of ketamineor any other anaesthetic agent during the procedure
