Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 65 years and above, healthy geriatric individuals. Individuals with score of >70 on FES indicating fear of falls.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: neurological disorders, previous major fractures, previous major surgeries, cognitive impairments, psychotic and neurotic disorders.
