Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Adolescent girls of tea garden community living in tea gardens in Dibrugarh, Assam. B. Women of reproductive age studying Nursing and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Assam Medical College & Hospital, Dibrugarh, Assam.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women Women with Haemoglobinopathies
