Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes (HbA1c >6.5%, fasting plasma glucose � 126mg/dl) or pre diabetes (HbA1c >5.7%, fasting plasma glucose 100-125 mg/dl) 2. Age � 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes 2. Uncontrolled thyroid disorders. 3. Pregnancy 4. Up to 6 month post partum

1. Whether comprehensive sleep program (advice on sleep hygiene and relaxation technique) has effect on sleep quality in patients with type 2 diabetes. Timepoint: At baseline and 3 months after randomisation

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
This will also tell us whether improvement in sleep quality has effect on glycemic and metabolic control in diabetes.Timepoint: At baseline and 3 months after randomisation
