Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria patients irrespective of caste religion economical status gender controlled diabetes and controlled hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having history of trauma or having any other dislocation like shoulder dislocation or fracture at the shoulder ankylosing spondylosis patients who needs emergency interventions like surgery pregnant womens patients suffering from any major systemic disorder example uncontrolled hypertension uncontrolled diabetes systemic lupus erythematosus ischemic heart disease rheumatoid arthritis
