Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic mechanical neck pain Neck Disability Index score of atleast 20 out of 100 NPRS- mild to moderate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervical pathology Vestibular pathology Head or neck trauma Any other neurological conditions Pathological gait
