Interventions

Intervention1: Chen Tai Chi: 4 days a week for 4 weeks. each session 30 minutes. 5 mins warm up , 20 minutes exercise , 5 minutes cool down. 5 repetitions and 1 set of the following forms of exercise:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Had normal cognitive function as indicated by the MOCA score, Function reach test completion less than 6 inch, 6 minute walk test distance minimum of 630 meters

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who had any recent serious injury, Systolic BP more than 200mmHg and diastolic BP more than 120mmHg, Acute episode of cerebrovascular accident, Severe cardiopulmonary conditions, Recent fractures, Grade 3 or 4 OA knee, Occurrence of recurrent fall

Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) taken pre-trial, post trial and after 1 week follow up:30-item test to evaluate various components of cognition, One leg standing test taken pre-trial, post trial and after 1 week follow up: It is used to assess the static balance, Timed up and go test (TUGT) taken pre-trial, post trial and after 1 week follow up: It was used to assess dynamic balance.Timepoint: at baseline (pre-intervention), 4 weeks (post-intervention) and 5 weeks (follow up)

Aerobic Exercise Capacity taken pre-trial, post-trial and after 1 week follow up: 6 minute walk test- It evaluates the global and integrated responses of all the systems, the pulmonary and cardiovascular systems, systemic circulation, peripheral circulation, blood, neuromuscular units, and muscle metabolism, Quality of life score taken pre-trial, post-trial and after 1 week follow up: Determines the quality of life of healthy people using health-related quality of life (HRQoL)Timepoint: at baseline (pre-interevention), 4 weeks (post-intervention) and 5th week (follow up)
