Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with head and neck cancer undergoing neo-adjuvant chemotherapy 2 Age greater than 18 years 3 Patients who are willing to participate in the study and one fit for DCF or DC The Objective criteria as fit for DCF or DC will be as follows A ECOG Performance scale 02 B Normal organ function test values a Creatinine clearance greater than equal to 30ml per min b SGPT or SGOT less than equal to 3.5ULN c Hemoglobin greater than 8 gm d ANC equal to 1000 e Platelet equal to 1 lakh

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with any other site solid tumor. 2 Patients with hematolymphoid cancer. 3 All patients with diabetic mellitus
