Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years 2. Either gender 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists grade 2 and 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-consenting patient 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists grade 4 3. Neuropsychiatric patients 4. Deceased donor 5. Patient with chronic liver disease 6. Patient with ejection fraction

MeasureTime frame
Successful extubation.Timepoint: 24 hours post extubation

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Extubation success or failure will be seen and the proportion of patients in both categories with mild, moderate or severe lung congestion will be noted based on lung comet count.Timepoint: After intubation Before extubation One hour post extubation
