Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: primigravidae/multigravidae with singleton pregnancy with gestational age of 16 weeks to 20 weeks who are previously normotensive.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: chronic hypertension gestational diabetes milletus multiple pregnancies antenatal women with congenital anomalies gestational trophoblastic diseases
