Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For Bharatnatyam dancers - 1) dancers with minimum training of 1 year. 2) dancers practicing at least 3 hours per week. For Non dancers 1) Age, Gender and BMI matched individuals. 2) Individuals who are not involved in any type of athletic training and gym training .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals having any recent neuromuscular injuries like fractures and soft tissue injury prior 3 months. 2)Individuals with cognitive impairment. 3) Individuals who are pregnant and has children.
