Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I and II. Age between 18 to 60years. Body mass index �30 kg/m2. Patients undergoing Laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal to give consent.�  Pregnant/lactating females. Patients with Ophthalmologic diseases. Patients with Cerebrovascular disease/elevated ICP.

To compare the effect of supine and reverse Trendelelenburg position before creating pneumoperitoneum on intracranial pressure using ultrasound guided optic nerve sheath diameter in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Timepoint: Optic nerve sheath diameter will be measured at 5 different time interval T0-0mins before intubation T1-5mins after intubation T2-5mins after pneumoperitoneum T3-5mins after reverse Trendelenburg position T4-30mins after intubation T5- 5mins after desufflation
