Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: completely edentulous patients of above 60 years of age and with Below Poverty Line (BPL) ration card holders, availing free Complete dentures. Those who give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who do not give consent

MeasureTime frame
1. To measure Oral Health related Quality of life (OHRQoL) among completely edentulous patients visiting the Department of Prosthodontics, MCODS, Manipal using Geriatric Oral Health Assessment Index (GOHAI), kannada version before the treatment and 1 month after receiving Complete Denture (CD). 2. To calculate the Health Utilities by means of Time trade Off (TTO) method. 3. To calculate Quality Adjusted Life Years (QALY). 4. To conduct a cost utility analysisTimepoint: 1 year
