Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subject for study included young and adult patients of either sex with physical status ASA grade 1 & 2 ,aged 20 to 50 yrs planned for elective laparoscopic surgery under general anaesthesia requiring tracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal,difficult airway,allergy with medication,patient with renal and cardiovascular disorder,epilepsy,COPD

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Hemodynamic response to induction,laryngoscopy , intubation,intraoperative hemodynamic variables during laproscopic surgery,level of pre operative sedation and anxietyTimepoint: 45min to 60 min and every two hours

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The level of pre operative sedation and anxiety.possible side effects like nausea vomiting and dizzinessTimepoint: 45min to 60 min and every two hours
