Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All consenting patients above 18-year age with primary unilateral uncomplicated inguinal hernia planned for elective laparoscopic TEP hernioplasty.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent or giant inguinal hernia with loss of domain. 2. Hernia patients with disorders of hemostasis and coagulation 3. Chronic groin pain due to previously operated opposite side or due to any other medical problems 4. Patients undergoing concomitant surgeries along with mesh repair 5. Morbidly obese patients 6. Intra-operative change from TEP to TAPP or open hernioplasty
