Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Bi-variate and Multivariate correlation analysis would be used to measure correlation between EMA inputs, self assessment scores (PHQ9/GAD7/WHO 5) and clinician administered PANSS.Timepoint: 3 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Streaming data from various phone sensors like accelerometer, gyroscope, magnetometer, proximity sensor, etc. will be used to compute many variables (mean, standard deviation, 75th percentile etc) and entropy features (time entropy, Shannon entropy etc.) which will be used to build various classifiers (sleep/wake, low/high physical activity, low/high social activity, etc) for predicting the mental wellbeing for each participant. Different behavioural markers (intra-day variability, intra-day stability, relative amplitude, total duration, etc.) will be computed on the users.Timepoint: Active Data: Twice a day Passive Data: Automatically
