Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants with 29 35week gestation PMA Infant should be clinically stable Nasogastric orogastric tube feeding No respiratory support in preceeding 48h Inefficient feeders less than 4ml milk in the first 5 min Apgar score of 6 at 5min after birth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Infants suspected with congenital anomalies Infants less then 29weeks Necrotizing enterocolitis Brain injury intraventricular hemorrhage greater than grade 1 Drug exposure prenatally Assistive ventilation
