Intervention1: VEXUS: Patients will undergo USG doppler of Hepatic, portal and renal veins using curvilinear probe (5-7Hz) to evaluate VEXUS nomogram as given in the appendix described by Beaubien-Sou

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Patients > 18 years of age who are in shock (Systolic Blood pressure Vasopressors) or suspicion of shock with normal blood pressure (defined by lactates >2 mmol/L or Capillary filling time >3seconds) where possibility of fluid responsiveness is in doubt.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor window 2. Abnormal Heart function (except isolated mild LV dysfunction) 3. Diagnosed CKD and CLD patients 4. Structural kidney or liver disease diagnosed on routine USG 5. Obstructive cause of shock identified 6. Diagnosed case of IVC thrombus
