Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient age � 18 years 2 >48 hours of mechanical ventilation 3 Patients fullfiling CPIS criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients age 2 3 Patients with pneumonia within 48 hours on mechanical ventilation 4 Pregnant ladies 5 Admission with Primary ARDS
