Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient who are admitted in SGT medical college in department of medicine. patient with cardiovascular disorder. for control group the patient should be systemically healthy agr 45-65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no patient other than existing cardiovascular disease will be included in the test group . patient other than diabetes as a risk factor will be excluded . pregnant ,lactating women .
