Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 18 to 25 years Both the genders Individuals with no musculoskeletal complains in uppr limb Willingness to participate Performing activities of daily living without any limitations

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of shoulder, elbow, wrist pathology Pain Neurological or musculoskeletal condition affecting testing position. H/O generalized body weakness or weakness in upper limb
