Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients posted for Endoscopic Sinus surgery, FESS ASA physical status 1 and 2 patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA PS 3 and above Uncontrolled hypertension Patients with heart block Patients on home beta blocker therapy Known cerebrospinal vascular accident Obesity BMI >35 Hepatic and renal insufficiency

Better surgical field quality which helps in successful surgical outcomeTimepoint: Surgical field quality will assessed by a visual scale suggested by Fromme et al every 15 min during the surgery

Hemodynamic variability : Systolic Blood pressure SBP, Diastolic Blood pressure DBP, Mean Arterial pressure MAP, Heart rate HRTimepoint: Baseline, immediately after endotracheal intubation, 2 min after Adrenaline infiltration at surgical site every 15 min since start of surgery till end of surgery
