Primary

MeasureTime frame
Gene Expression for Cisplatin Resistance in Head and Neck CancerTimepoint: The gene expression will be evaluated at before cisplatin therapy, after the 3rd cycle of cisplatin therapy and after 3 months of cisplatin therapy

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Adverse effects of Therapy, economic burden, Quality of life, and Distress among Head and Neck Cancer patientsTimepoint: adverse effect will be evaluated at each cycle of cisplatin therapy, economic burden will be evaluated till the completion of chemotherapy cycle. however, quality of life and distress will be evaluated at before cisplatin therapy, after 3rd cycle, after 3 months and 6 months of cisplatin therapy.
