Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals from 18-62 years of age Individuals having chronic painful heel Score of Individuals having BMI Individuals having flexible foot deformities (Pes cavus/pes planus)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals having calcaneal spurs, H/O lower limb fractures, C/O arthritis, vascular disease,, undergoing any other physiotherapy treatment, taking corticosteroids
