Inclusion criteria: Patient scheduled under general anaesthesia for elective surgery, MPG I and II, Asa I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients with comorbidity 2 ASA III and IV 3 MPG III and IV (difficult airway) 4 Age 60 years
