Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with suspicious lesion in oral cavity needing biopsy and willing to participate in the study will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. no concurrent ior prior history of cancer 2. pregnancy 3. under treatment for or suffering from any acute illness
