Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient aged 36 65 years with symptomatic and radiographically verified knee OA Unilateral knee OA with kellgren Lawrence grade of 1&2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute and chronic cardiac and pulmonary problems Lower extremity joint infections Previous anterior cruciate ligament injury or known injury to the menisci Patients with hip symptoms more severe than the knee symptoms Patients waiting for knee replacement expected to be operated within 6 months Patients with co morbidities not allowing exercises
