Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients posted for modified radical mastectomy suregeries ASA I ASA II ASA III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Known allergy to local anaesthetics 2)Patient refusal 3)Contraindications to regional anaesthesia (bleeding diathesis, use of any anti-coagulants, infection at the site of injection) 4)Patients on beta-blockers 5)Severe kidney disease, liver disease , seizure disorder and cardiovascular disease 6)Chest wall deformity or pathology 7)ASA IV
