Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who are willing to quit smoking 2. Those having accessibility to a smartphone owned a smartphone with access to mobile internet. 3. Those who smoke = 10 cigarettes per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with insufficient knowledge of English language
