Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects willing to participate. 2.Individuals aged between 23-40 years. 3.Individuals with chronic mechanical low back pain. Both males and females.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with other medical conditions like Prolapsed intervertebral disc, Disc Prolapse, Facet joint arthritis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar canal stenosis. Individuals who had underwent the surgery for spine related diseases. Obese individuals.
