Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All cases those who will fulfil indication of Medical Termination of Pregnancy for second trimester up 24 weeks, as per guidelines of MTP Act of 1971 and amended in 2021.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Scarred uterus 2. Ectopic pregnancy 3. Grand multipara 4. Contraindications to misoprostol and Foleys catheter
