Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group of 30-60 years 2. Patients with Chronic Periodontitis 3. Probing Pocket Depth of 4 millimeter to 6 millimeter 4. Apparently systemically healthy individual 5. Individuals with minimum number of 20 teeth present in the oral cavity 6. Patients who are willing to give informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of any periodontal treatment in the past six months 2. Pregnancy and lactating mothers 3. Patients on high dose steroid therapy 4. History of previous or ongoing radiotherapy 5. Antibiotic therapy for the past six months 6. Smoking, Tobacco consumption and Orthodontic therapy 7. Patients having any systemic diseases such as diabetes
