Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients having classical sign and symptoms of Parikartika(ACUTE FISSURE IN ANO)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Malignancy Non cooperative patients Uncontrolled Hypertension and HIV, Immune deficiency syndrome. DM Heart disease like M.I, C.A.D, I.H.D. Immunosuppressive medications users Not involve in any other presently undergoing clinical trial.
