Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with a self reported history of T2DM �10 years of history Willing and able to follow the REVERSE- DM protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People using insulin Presence of diabetes complications such as diabetic nephropathy, neuropathy, or diabetic foot People with established coronary artery disease and any conditions which limit life expectancy to less than 1 year
