Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All gender participants undergoing TKR for Kellegren and Lawrence grade 3 and 4 osteoarhtritis 1. Age > 50 years 2. Participants who give consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of co-morbidities which will affect the post surgery recovery and subsequent physical performance. 2. History of major surgery in past 12 months 3. Immobile hip or ankle 4. Bilateral TKR 5. Revision knee arthroplasty 6. Participants who do not give consent for the study
