Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients hospitalized with clinical diagnosis of community acquired pneumonia (CAP) or community-acquired sepsis (CAS), bone and joint infections such as osteomyelitis and septic arthritis or deep-seated abscesses along with previously or newly diagnosed diabetes mellitus and / chronic kidney diseases will be included in the study.
