Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting classical features of Badhirya Mild to moderate hearing loss (26 to 40db and 41 to 55 db)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media (CSOM) b Tympanic Membrane perforation c Infective diseases like Encephalitis Herpes Mumps etc d Known case of Aural tumors polyps etc e Uncontrolled Diabetic and Hypertensive patient
