Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Long distance runners in the age group 19 to 24 2. Runners participating in a regular training program with history of pain located on posteromedial border of tibia. 3. A navicular drop of = 8mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling participants. 2.Presence of severe swelling. 3. Presence of erythema and loss of distal pulse. 4. Recent history of lower limb fracture. 5. Any known skin allergies
