Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All pregnant female with age 21 years to 35 years with gestational age 37th week with single live fetus, with no complications,ASA grade 2 posted for elective lscs under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient excluded from this study of they refuse to be a part of study , having allergy to drug bupivacaine, infection at local site, pt with cardiopulmonary compromise, renal disease ,git illness, fetal anomalies and placental anomalies,PIH Gestational diabetes, contraindications to spinal anaesthesia,short stature, pt with coagulopathy, BMI more than 40kg/m2,pt with peripheral neuropathy, psychiatric illness,pt with anatomical abnormalities
