Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All newly detected cases of vitiligo. 2.Clinically diagnosed cases of vitiligo not on any form treatment for 3 month. 3.Patients willing to take part in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients on treatment for vitiligo. 2.Patients with Alzheimer disease, subarachnoid haemorrhage and inflammatory diseases. Patients suffering from other dermatological diseases affecting S100B as malignant melanoma and other neoplasms. 3.Patients on treatment for thyroid disorders. 4.Patients not willing to participate in the study.
