Interventions

Intervention1: BAND LIGATION: BAND LIGATION: Procedure: A Barron hemorrhoidal ligator with a hemorrhoid-grasping forceps is used. The ligator has a drum at one end over which rubber bands are loaded.
14th day after procedure and post operative pain was compared using Visual Analogue Scale. For analgesic Tab.Diclofenac 50mg BD for 5 days was given in the hospital and after discharge. Control Interv

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: GRADE 2 AND 3 HEMARROHOIDS

Exclusion criteria: HISTORY OF PREVIOUS SURGERY AND ANY OTHER ANORECTAL DISEASES/MALIGNANCY , LIVER DISEASE BLEEDING DIATHESIS, ANTICOAGULANT MEDICATION, IMMUNOCOMPROMISED PATIENT
