Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 scheduled for elective surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient refusal 2)Already patient on steroids 3)Cardiorespiratory compromise 4)Emergency surgeries 5)Anticipated difficult airway 6)Pregnancy 7)active URTI
