Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Age: 18 years to 80 years 2 Either gender 3 Patients with HNC receiving a minimum of four weeks of RT 4 ECOG score: 0-2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Any absolute/ relative contraindications to performing 6MWT 2 Patients with end-stage cancer receiving palliative treatment 3 Metastatic cancers 4 Patients with cognitive and neurological conditions 5 Patients with vertigo and tinnitus

| â?¢Primary outcome measure: six-minute walk distance ( functional capacity) Secondary outcome measures: EORTC QLQ H&N43 (quality of life) Fatigue Severity scale (fatigue levels) Timepoint: As HNC patients receive RT five days a week, the sixth day will be considered for administering the test (24 hours after RT has been received) every week for 3 weeks. Baseline vital parameters will be documented by a blinded assessor prior to the administration of 6MWT on 24 hours prior to first session of RT and on the 6th day of first, second and third weeks | — |
