Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age >18 years and ASA I and II Patients undergoing unilateral arthroscopic knee surgeries No pre-existing sensory/motor deficit in lower limb Patients not on chronic pain therapy for ( > 3 months) Able to comprehend and co-operate with Pain assessment tools

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA III and IV Bilateral arthroscopic knee surgeries Prior vascular surgery on femoral vessels on operated site Bleeding diathesis Pre-existing lower extremity neurological abnormality
