Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient below 45 years of age History of Diabetes Mellitus History of Drug Intake History of Carcinoma Surgical Menopause Patients Pregnant and Lactating women History of Tuberculosis Patient with severe Hormonal Imbalance
