Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Tumour necrosis factor ± (-308G/A) and Transforming growth factor ² 1 (-509 C/T) polymorphisms if found associated with periodontitis in population can be used as potential tool for identifying susceptible individuals and will aid in early identification of periodontally susceptible patientsTimepoint: Baseline

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare TNF-± and TGF- ²1polymorphisms in periodontitis patientsTimepoint: baseline
