Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age >18yrs 2 Pts who had septic shock according to sepsis guidelines 3 Pts with systolic blood pressure 4 Pts with mean arterial pressure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Age 2 Pts with respiratory involment with P/F ratio 3 Pts with impaired cardiac function 4 Pregnat women 5 COPD patients 6 H/O sepsis in the last 3 months 7 Hypothermia 8 Chronic Kidney Disease

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome will be evaluated in the form of improvement in Cardiac output MAP Urine output and serum LactateTimepoint: @24 hrs

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcome will be evaluated in the form of ICU and Hospital mortalityTimepoint: Length of stay in ICU or any mortality occur
