Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females with dynamic knee valgus angle >13 degree , Males with dynamic knee valgus angle >8 degree, by using Kinovea software Basketball players playing at least once a week Subjects willing to participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any diagnosed pathological condition of hip, knee, ankle or foot. Any history of spinal/ lower extremities injuries or surgeries in last 6 months. Anatomical limb length discrepancy. Any structural deformities. All contra-indications of water-based exercise
