Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria : 1. >60 yrs age patients undergoing elective TURP surgery 2.ASA I.II.III 3.Preop MMES score >23
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.MMES score 1.5 hrs

| Assessment : 1.On the day before surgery , MMSE score assessed 2.On the third postoperative day the patient will be assessed for 1. Cognitive function : MMSE score ( APPENDIX 1) ,2. Sedation score: (Ramsay sedation scale appendix 2) and 3. VAS score (appendix 3) before discharge . All patients will be followed up on 10 th post op day, during the follow -up visit will be assessed for MMSE .
