Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Consecutive consenting adults aged > 18 years, attending the ââ?¬Å?Post COVID clinicââ?¬? of the Pulmonary Medicine and Medicine OPD of a tertiary care centre in South India.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with previous history of asthma, COPD, Interstitial lung diseases, PTB sequelae Patients with features of active respiratory tract infection Other conditions which are contraindications for spirometry, according to American Thoracic Society guidelines. Thoracic surgery in the previous six months or acute respiratory infection in the previous three weeks. Pregnant women Orthopedic conditions which interfere with walking

| The baseline functional status of each patient will be assessed using the patient self-reported subjective assessment scale ââ?¬â?? Post COVID-19 functional status (PCFS) scale and all these patients will undergo the following objective assessments mMRC scale for dyspnea 6-minute walking test PFT and DLCO SGRQ Aerobic exercises Graduated walking Pulmonary rehabilitation Respiratory muscle training ââ?¬â?? Pursed lip, Diaphragmatic and segmental lung expansion exercise, active cycle of breathing technique (ACBT) Strength training Progressive resisted exercise (PRE). Health education will be provided. Nutrition counselling and Psychosocial counselling will be given based on the assessment Timepoint: 0,1,2,3,4,5,6 weeks | — |
